Magnolia Little Gem
Magnolia grandiflora ‘Little Gem”
Magnolia Little Gem is a dwarf variety of the evergreen magnolia (Magnolia grandiflora), but only a quarter of its size. With a dense growth habit, glossy leaves with a rusty reverse, and creamy white, perfumed flowers in spring and summer. It makes a gorgeous addition to any garden either as a feature tree, in a large statement pot or planted as a screen. It is happiest in full sun or part shade, with free draining soil, and is frost and drought hardy once established. Feed regularly for the first few years.
