Little Penda
Xanthostemon verticillatus
A bushy dwarf rainforest shrub, the Little Penda has dense, shiny, dark green leaves and reddish coloured new growth, and a profusion of showy, large, creamy white flowers in spring and summer. It is a wonderful addition to a garden for a splash of colour, as a border and to attract birds. Hardy once established, it needs good drainage and grows well in full sun or part shade.
